These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 555g platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services. By creating a 555g account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 555g ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 555g account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending review. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 555g platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The platform does not constitute an offer or invitation to use its services in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555g account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 555g will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account registration, or upon request by 555g at any time, will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.
All 555g accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and any applicable conversion fees will be the responsibility of the depositing Player.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 555g reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, following 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where the account balance is insufficient to cover the inactivity fee, no negative balance will be created. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any wagering activity.
555g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the 555g cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and current; (b) there are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds forming part of the requested withdrawal amount; (c) the withdrawal method matches a verified payment method on the account; and (d) there are no ongoing investigations into the account for suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

555g operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account, particularly where deposit volumes or patterns appear inconsistent with normal player activity. 555g reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure; (c) the event did not proceed under the conditions specified at the time of market opening; or (d) the bet forms part of a pattern of activity identified as systematic exploitation of pricing errors. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
Maximum single-event winnings and maximum daily payout limits apply across all 555g sportsbook markets. Current limits are displayed within the platform cashier and sportsbook settings. 555g reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, is subject to all general betting rules stated in this section. In addition, specific cricket betting rules — covering match interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, match abandonment procedures, and dead-ball incident handling — are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules document maintained within the 555g sportsbook help section.
The availability of casino games on the 555g platform is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform due to provider licence changes, scheduled maintenance, or regulatory requirements. 555g accepts no liability for the unavailability of any specific game title.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on the 555g platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or software error occurring during a casino game session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and any stake placed for that round will be returned to the Player's balance. 555g will not honour payouts generated by malfunctions, software errors, or game bugs regardless of the amount displayed on screen at the time of the error. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by 555g are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms stated in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 555g account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible contributing game types, and contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unwagered bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
555g monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine sporting or gaming risk; using automated software to place bets; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where an account is closed by 555g for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555g holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the 555g customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.
